George Tumas is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Corporate Technology and Data at Wells Fargo and Company, between 2013 and 2016. He has worked in the IT field of financial services for over two decades. He came to Wells Fargo 2000 as the Chief Information Officer for Internet and Mobile and was previously the Managing Director at Banc of America Securities where he oversaw merger-related activities, Y2K regulatory oversight and the European equity expansion project.

Ms. Mary Ann Arico served as the Chief Investor Relations Officer of HEALTHSOUTH Corporation from August 2008 to September 1, 2015 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications since August 1, 2008.
Ms. Arico served as an investor relations and strategic positioning consulting firm Arico Advisory, LLC in early 2016. She served as Director of Investor Relations at Mirant Corp. Prior to her investor relations position at Eastman Chemical, she held a variety of operations and staff positions beginning in 1983. Ms. Arico served as Director of Investor Relations at Duke Energy, Inc. from 2002 to 2006 and Eastman Chemical Company from 1998 to 2002. She has been an Independent Director of CafePress Inc. since July 26, 2016 and serves as its Lead Director.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

She completed her MBA at Yale University in Asset Management and earned her juris doctor magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in biological sciences, and worked for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals prior to becoming an attorney.
